  I attempted the application process recently and it was a horrible experience. I couldn't get a hold of the front office for weeks and when I finally spoke with someone, she was awful. The woman who represents this place was very condescending and rude. I think her name was Sheryl.
  
  I would love to get into the specifics of my experience with this place if anyone cares to email me. Especially if that woman's superiors happen to see this review.
  
  I was looking for a home for my family. I called and applied to almost every apartment complex in the area and I am shocked at how disrespectful the Boardman Lake apt. Representivie was to me.
