  Had to pick up packages today that had the wrong address on them, and the first employee I encountered seemed like he was being bothered by every person he helped. I watched him help the first two people in front of me, and when he assisted me, he was the same; facial expression showed annoyance and tone of voice was the same, along with a tinge of scolding. He started to tell me how this can't happen again because they won't forward the packages, and I started to explain how I verified the address with the company when I placed the order and they still put an old address on it. He walked away during my explanation, though and a different person helped me who was very nice. I don't know if he was having a bad day or life, yet in my opinion if you are in customer service you leave all of that behind and greet each customer with a smile and kindness.

  Always busy but they seem to keep it well-staffed during the busy times of day and the line moves quickly.
