  On 12/4/15 I went to treat myself to a red light treatment and tan. I do not tan much during summer. I was checked in, paid for and used the red light, with the plan of tan to follow. After the treatment, I was told I needed to pay for the tan as I had no minutes. I questioned this, as this had not been mentioned on check in, and I had minutes in the past. I was told that all of the minutes were deleted by the 'new owner'. When I questioned this a blonde girl appeared, did not identify herself, and became very rude and defensive. She stated that the owner was under no obligation to notify old customers that they were to loose their minutes on November 30. I stated that this was incorrect. When you buy a business you are responsible for its debts. The person aggressively disagreed. I said that my best decision would therefore be to go elsewhere. She stated' Good, we don't want you here anyway, you have a bad attitude.' When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager. That only confirmed that my best decision was to leave. Bliss salon lost a long term customer over a few minutes, and a smart mouth employee.
