  I purchased a home a couple years ago with a Lautner Irrigation sprinkler system and have been using them ever since for regular maintenance. Unfortunately, to get any type of service scheduled, you have to wait over a month EVERY TIME. Not to mention, their fees are quite high and I believe they make you pitch in to split a mileage fee with other customers in your area. I've dealt with it up until recently when I had my last straw. Their receptionist called at noon on a Friday to schedule service for the next morning. When I mentioned that unfortunately that time did not work for us, she got incredibly rude with me, claiming they only come out to my area once in a great while and they REALLY wanted to finish sprinkler winterization. It was almost as if she wanted me to cancel scheduled plans to accommodate her less than 24 hour notice. For the amount of money we pay for their services, her attitude was not only really poor, but she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I called a different company, and for a FRACTION of the price, they were able to schedule my service immediately. I should have done this sooner!!
