  Historically this location has been a difficult place for restaurants to survive, simply because they don't have the curb appeal others do. I think it's probably safe to assume that people think that it may not be up to the standards of many other restaurants in the area for various reasons. That would be a very serious underestimate of how well everything is run (and of course tastes). My experience was a weekday, not too long before closing time, with maybe one or two other tables dining. Even during a time like that, you may not expect the best service (Having used to work in Food & Beverage, myself and my co-workers at that point would generally just want to go home). I unfortunately cannot remember the name of our server, but she was very friendly, knew the options, and did a great job. The food was something I would have expected to get in a much more "ritzy" kind of place (minus the "ritzy" upcharge, haha (On a side-note, it was very reasonably priced)). It was absolutely excellent (I got a chimichurri chimichanga). Inside was very clean, all staff members seemed happy and friendly. Only thing I would want to see changed, is their outside appearance; it's not bad, but I hope they do a little more. I know they may not be able to change much due to their situation, but it's like a very well kept secret for those who have been there! I hope they stay for a LONG time!
