  To begin with I took it in for a Lube , Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation. and this is what happened: Got ripped off to a tune of $100's of dollars, not finished on time, involved and informed were service write Kyle, service director Dan and the general manager Jim was informed. Completely ruined a set of new tires, put on the wrong set of brakes, no emergency brake, no alignment and I didn't even get the car wash.
  Compassion to begin with and then NOTHING in the end. Plus I get to do it all all over again but this time with Bill Marsh's Brake and Alignment Center. Bill Marsh Group has ALWAYS been trust worthy and HONEST, not going back to Sierra or ANY of their Dealerships.
