  Usually they are great. Today called before driving 45 min for range time. The guy answers the phone and says "we are busy, I don't know". No offer to check and call me back, just kinda rude and clearly did not care. I'm happy they are busy, just offer to check. Don't just awkwardly blow me off. Got there and the lady working the range was nice and apologized for the guy and for not being able to get me in. So almost 2hrs of my day wasted because some dude on the phone was lazy.
  I will give them another try, but blow me off again and I'm done.

  The open hours posted on google are rarely accurate. We have arrived on days that google says they are open and they are closed. We have called before driving almost an hour to get there and are told they close at 5pm but have to specifically ask about what time the range closes which was 4:30 not 5pm. We called 20 minutes prior to arrival and we were not told that they wouldn’t have any lanes open for the rest of the day. We were told when we got there that they had no openings for the remaining of the day, quite dismissively.
